Things to Check and Do Before Changing Your Password

Here are a few things that could make a difference when logging on to the site:

    • Passwords are case sensitive so make sure you are using the proper case for all letters and that you do not have "caps lock" on.
    • If you have ever accessed the site before (old or new version), clear your browser cache and try logging in again (depending on which browser you are using - Internet Explorer, Firefox, Chrome, etc. - it can usually be done by clicking on the Tools menu bar and choosing Delete History or Clear Cache).
    • Some intranet firewalls can cause problems with connecting to sites that require authentication (sign on). Verify your intranet is not restricting your access to the updated site (you may need to contact your IT department).

Should you continue to have issues logging in to the site, use the options below to:

    • Retrieve your username
    • Reset your password
Lost your Username or your Password ?
  • If you lost your username, please enter your E-mail Address, leaving Username field empty, then click the Send Username button, and your username will be sent to your email address.
  • If you lost your password but know your username, please enter your Username and your E-mail Address, press the Send Password button, and you will receive a new password shortly. Use this new password to access the site.
  • If you forgot both your username and your password, please recover the username first, then the password. To recover your username, please enter your E-mail Address, leaving Username field empty, then click the Send Username button, and your username will be sent to your email address. From there you can use this same form to recover your password.
